Online Recovery Meetings For

Ketamine Addiction Support

Recovery happens together

You don’t have to figure this out alone

A Community Where People Understand

Ketamine addiction can be confusing, isolating, and difficult to explain, especially when the people around you do not understand what you are experiencing.

K.W.H.O.L.E. is a free international recovery community where people gather online every day to speak honestly, listen without judgment, and support one another through addiction and recovery.

Some people arrive ready to share. Others begin by simply listening. Both are welcome.

What makes K.W.H.O.L.E. different

Recovery Through Connection

Recovery is more than stopping ketamine. It can also mean rebuilding trust with yourself, reconnecting with other people, and discovering that you do not have to carry everything alone.

Conversation, Not Lectures

Respectful dialogue is encouraged. Members can ask questions, respond to one another, and share insight rather than speaking in isolation.

Grounded in Lived Experience

K.W.H.O.L.E. is peer-supported. We are not a treatment program or a replacement for professional care.

Thoughtful Boundaries

Community agreements address confidentiality, triggering details, medical advice, interruptions, inclusivity, and shared responsibility.

Room for Complexity

We welcome different recovery histories, goals, beliefs, and approaches while keeping meetings focused on recovery from ketamine addiction.
