Who We Are

K.W.H.O.L.E. is a volunteer-run initiative founded by Regina H., supported by a small leadership board and trusted facilitators. Our team brings lived experience, professional backgrounds, and a shared commitment to ethical, compassionate community care.

Our Members

Our community is made up of anyone with a desire to stop using Ketamine, and those who have used in the past and wish to share their experience, strength, and hope with those still suffering.

Peer-Led Facilitation

Our facilitated community spaces focus on connection, recovery, and honest conversations around substance use, with particular attention to the often-overlooked risks of ketamine addiction.

We are not a treatment program. We are a community grounded in lived experience and mutual support.

Accessible
+ Free

We offer free, peer-supported Zoom meetings, open to anyone, anywhere. We foster community dialogue and educational engagement designed to reduce isolation and support people navigating addiction and recovery.

Members are welcome to attend without obligation or cost.

Structured
+ Ethical

Facilitators follow a shared code of ethics, keeping community trust at the center of everything we do.

We believe that people deserve spaces where their experiences are acknowledged with dignity, honesty, and care.

Major decisions around organizational structure, finances, platform access, and public representation are made collectively with the support of the board.

Ketamine is often framed as non-addictive or purely therapeutic - leaving many people struggling in silence.

K.W.H.O.L.E. exists to change that.

We believe healing happens in community.

We create space where experiences are acknowledged with dignity and care.
