About the Circle

In this fun, interactive EFT circle, you will have the opportunity to release difficult emotions, learn EFT experientially, and deepen into your wholeness by anchoring in qualities you want to embody more of.

EFT, or Emotional Freedom Techniques, is also known as tapping. It is a simple self-help tool that combines mindful awareness with gentle tapping on specific points of the body.

During this informal circle, EFT facilitator Jenny Brav will lead us through movement, show us the tapping points, and guide us in a short meditation to help us feel into an issue we have been struggling with.

“I’m letting go of...”
“I’m inviting in...”

What You’ll Be Invited to Explore

You will then be invited to share to whatever extent feels comfortable. All engagement is optional, and you may share verbally or in the chat.

  • The issue you are working with, such as low self-confidence, social anxiety, health or body issues, shame, or something from the credo you wish to deepen into - and the number you would give it from 1 to 10 in terms of the impact it is having on your life, with 10 being the most challenging.
  • The emotions it evokes in you. If your issue is already an emotion, such as anxiety or shame, you might explore what secondary emotions come up around it.
  • The limiting beliefs you hold about yourself around this issue - in other words, what your inner critic has to say.
  • How you might be feeling and living if this were no longer an issue.
  • What new beliefs you would like to hold about yourself, your issue, and the world.
These questions are shared in advance in case you want to begin reflecting beforehand, but it is completely okay to arrive without preparing.

Group Tap

After a short break, we will weave the group’s reflections into a call-and-response group tap.

This will include participatory call and response around what we are letting go of and what we are inviting in.

A Few Notes

We encourage you to come on time, as the beginning will help orient the rest of the experience.

If it feels comfortable to keep your camera on during the tapping portion, that can help Jenny sense what the group is needing and how to pace the session. If keeping your camera on does not feel comfortable, it is completely fine to keep it off.

As always, participation is optional. You are welcome to engage in the way that feels safest and most supportive for you.
