online meetings
3x a week

  • 11am PST ◆ 2pm EST ◆ 7pm GMT

  • 12pm PST ◆ 3pm EST ◆ 8pm GMT

KWHOLE is a container for honesty, accountability, grief, humor, and rebuilding trust, both with ourselves and with each other.

What Makes Us Different

  • Facilitators are peers, not clinicians

  • We make sure everyone who wants to share is heard

  • Cross-talk (dialogue) is encouraged

  • Confidentiality is sacred

  • We check in with each other throughout the week

  • We welcome complexity and self-defined recovery paths

A Note on Ethics

KWHOLE operates with clear boundaries to protect participants:

  • We do not provide medical advice, and we are not therapists

  • We refer out when higher-level care is needed

  • Facilitators follow confidentiality and non-interference agreements

  • We welcome feedback, listen to the group conscience, and value growth to ensure a safe and inclusive environment

  • We do not pass judgement on anyone’s recovery path or usage, but we try to protect our members by steering clear of triggering usage details by offering gentle reminders when needed

What members are saying

KWHOLE helped me reconnect with myself and others in a way I didn’t think was possible.

– S.H.

This community gave me a sense of belonging I hadn't felt in years.

– M.B.

Recovery finally felt human instead of clinical.

– S.R.

KWHOLE is a place I can go and feel heard, seen, and understood. It's a really special community with a lot of love and compassion.

– A.P.

I hit absolute rock bottom - my nose was damaged, I had bad bladder pain, and I was just so upset with myself. KWHOLE helped me find a way forward and feel hopeful again.

– J.D.

These meetings are so important to me! The facilitation is so warm and empathetic. There are a lot of difficult topics discussed that are tended to with total kindness.

– P.M.

Being able to relate to others in the KWHOLE meetings is one of the best feelings in recovery. Knowing that there are so many people in the same boat as me trying to get and stay clean is amazing. The KWHOLE community is so supportive.
