On peer-led days, members use the slides below to guide the meeting together. The format provides the structure while the Lead simply keeps the meeting moving from one slide to the next.

The slides guide the meeting.
The Lead guides the slides.
Lead Moves the meeting through the slides and gently guides participation.
Co-lead Runs the timer, shares helpful links, and monitors the chat.

You don't need special expertise or all the answers. You're simply helping create the space for the meeting to happen.
