Meet Our Board

  • "Pinecone Epiphanies"

    Regina H. (Founder / Director)

As the Founder and Director of K.W.H.O.L.E., Regina guides the vision, mission, and stewardship of the organization’s direction with warmth, clarity, and purpose.

Regina is dedicated to raising awareness about the hidden risks of ketamine addiction, while reducing isolation and building community support.

By elevating conversations about substance use trajectories, Regina highlights the risks of ketamine use in spaces - both clinical and recreational - where it is often embraced without a full understanding of its potential for harm.

She highlights the nuanced pathways that can lead from use to dependency, particularly for people who feel unseen, unheard, or unsupported in traditional treatment spaces.

Through honest and compassionate facilitation and public engagement, Regina cultivates dialogue that is thoughtful, informed, and inspiring, leveraging the power of community support to empower each individual’s recovery journey.

Her work challenges norms while honoring the lived realities of people navigating addiction in a landscape that too often overlooks them.
